We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
When you use Loonari, we collect account information such as your email address and subscription status, technical information such as device type, operating system, IP address, and crash logs, and usage data such as session length and feature interactions. If you choose to provide profile details, saved readings, or horoscope preferences, we store that content to deliver app functionality. We also collect communications you send to our support team. Payment information is processed securely by Google Play Billing, Apple In‑App Purchases, or other trusted payment providers; we do not store raw card numbers.
We use your data to provide and improve the app, process recurring subscription payments, secure accounts, personalise features, and comply with legal obligations. Marketing communications are sent only with your consent.
We retain account data while your account is active. After account deletion, we keep minimal records such as transaction receipts and fraud logs for up to 24 months to comply with tax and legal requirements. Aggregated or anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely. You may request deletion of your account and personal data through the app settings or by emailing loonarihelp@gmail.com. We remove user-visible content within 30 days and complete backend deletion within 90 days, except for data we are legally required to retain. You may also request a machine-readable export of your data, which we provide within 30 days.
You can delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete account. Subscription cancellation is managed through Google Play. Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically delete your account data; you must initiate deletion separately.
We use Apple App Store and Google Play Billing for payments, Firebase and Google Analytics for analytics and crash reporting, and cloud providers for hosting and backups. We may disclose data to comply with legal obligations or protect rights and safety. Data may be processed outside your country, with appropriate safeguards applied.
We implement encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure, but if a breach occurs we will notify affected users and regulators as required by law.
The app is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly. Parents may contact us to request deletion.
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, performance, and personalisation. You can manage cookie preferences in the app or device settings.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date and, where required, notified to users via the app or email.
